The main rules for this channel is to be normal and not act like an idiot trying to impress someone.

Popups [i.e. BIG PICTURES] look nice, but they get annoying, so don't bother doing them or you will find your self banned.

Flooding has been an issue for a while, we dont care if you repeat yourself once, or twice.. but filling the screen with HEEEEEEEEY THEEEEEEERRRRRRRE normally agrovates some people, so please dont do it, or once again, you could find yourself banned.

Spamming, this is probably the most recent of rules applied to the channel. We have had alot of people that have access above the level of 150 who come to some conclusion that "I know most of the people in Universal_Nation now its time for me to make a channel and tell them to all come to it. IF YOU GET CAUGHT DOING THIS, we will cain your ass so hard, it aint funny.
